Botanical name of Java Citronella grass plant is Cymbopogon Winterianus which is the source of Java Citronella Oil. This oil is extracted from its leaves through steam distillation method. This plant is also known as Cymbopogon nardus. The smell of the obtained oil is the combined aroma of woody fragrance and citrus scent of lemon.

CONSTITUENTS:
This oil is enriched with elements like Citronellal, Citronellol, Tannin, geraniol and mucilage.
