Previously, this plant was classified under Compositae species of plants.

CONSTITUENTS:

Roman Chamomile oil is enriched with beneficial esters like 1,8-cineole, butyl angelate, tiglic acid (2-methyl-2(E)-butenoate), propyl angelate, y-terpinene, sabinene, angelic acid (2-methyl-2(Z)-butenoate), caryophyllene, b-pinene, a-pinene, myrcene and camphene.
