CONSTITUENTS:

Benzoic acid, benzyl cinnamate, benzyl benzoate, cinnamic acid, cinnamyl cinnamate, nerolidol.

BLENDS WITH:

This oil mixes with essential oils of sandalwood, ylang-ylang, spices, rose, patchouli, petigrain and oils having floral scents.

This oil is also referred as Peru Balsam Oil and Balsam of peru.

USES:

As a suitable expectorant, Balsam Oil is used to treat bronchitis and asthma. Its parasiticide properties are effective in curing skin rashes and eczema. The stimulating attributes of Peru balsam oil is instrumental in treating stress and nervous disorder. This essential oil also serves as a suitable fixative agent and is required for the formulation of creams, soaps, perfumes, lotions and detergents.
