DESCRIPTION:
Citrus aurantium var. amara tree is the source of Neroli Oil. This tree is also referred as C. Bigardia and Citrus vulgaris that belongs to Rutaceae species. Around 0.8 to 1 % of this oil is steam distilled from white, small and supple flowers of C. Bigardia tree. Known for its medicinal value, this oil has rejuvenating effect both on mind and body. Apart from curing muscle contraction, this oil is useful for treating irregular heartbeat, for healing several skin complications like damaged skin, for removal of scar marks and for treating stretch marks.

CONSTITUENTS:
Neroli oil is enriched with neryl acetate, b-pinene, a-pinene, camphene, nerolidol, linalool, linalyl acetate, farnesol, a-terpinene, limonene, indole, nerol, methyl anthranilate, geraniol and camphene.

AROMATIC SUMMARY / NOTE / STRENGTH OF AROMA: 
Middle note smell of this aromatic essential oil has resemblance to top note fragrance of dry oil.

Neroli essential oil easily mixes with the essential oils of rosemary, citrus fruits, lavender, ylang-ylang, geranium, Benzoin, sandalwood and jasmine.
